For the company ZOOM International, we have created a Python (Django), Backbone.js application for speech analysis.

 

The application allows the user to upload any recording of a sound and transfer it into the form of text. However, this is not all, because it is also possible to search the text for used words or phrases. This all in several world languages (e.g. Czech, Polish, Russian and English).

 

When clicking a used phrase, your integrated player will automatically direct you to the place of the recording where it was spoken.

 

The tool is a very effective helper in analysing conference calls, calls made by the operators of an info line and many more, for the options do not end here.

 

No more concerns about the operators not sticking to their scripts, forgetting the law-enforced duty to inform your customer, or an overall decreased effectivity.
